We are currently looking for Full-time Online Academic Tutors. These tutors are primarily responsible for lesson planning, instructional delivery, and assessment for, of, and as learning.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify specific learning needs of each learner enrolled in a class
• Formulate learning objectives, design lessons, and develop learning materials
• Deliver high-quality tutorial services following established standards
• Assess and evaluate learners’ academic performance
• Provide timely, relevant, and useful feedback on learner’s academic performance
• Submit forms, reports, and other relevant documents to ensure quality tutorial services
• Participate actively in meetings, training, and other relevant activities
• Perform other relevant duties consistent with the overall objectives of the role
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any college degree but preferably Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED)
• Can teach English and Mathematics to young learners
• Tutoring experience is an advantage
• Willing to accept project-based work engagement in a work-from-home setup
• Willing to work for 8 hours on broken AM and PM shifts
